Becoming an agent is as easy as the steps below.

Start and Complete a Pre-Licensing class.

Step 1 is to complete a Pre-Licensing class that is approved by the state of Florida.  We offer in Person classes currently held in the Lakeland FL area or an online option which can be done from anywhere you have an internet connection all approved by the state of Florida.  You will take the course and pass the class exam.  Note: While you are taking your class you should also start the application process as it can take some time to get approval.  The Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) is where you will need to initiate this application process.  The link to their site is here(DBPR)

Take and Pass the State License Exam.

Once you’ve passed the course exam, you must then pass the State of Florida Licensing exam.  We have online exam prep classes that can help you with preparing for the state exam.  For available Exam Prep courses click here.

Congratulations! You are now a Real Estate Agent!

Once you pass the State Exam, you are a real estate agent.  Now you will need to interview several Brokers and pick one that is a right fit for you.
